ENVIRONMENT

We are committed to using only sustainable wood in the manufacture of Legacy products. All of our timber is purchased from forests where felling is controlled by the government. However, we have taken another practical step by planting over 500,000 trees in Sylhet since 2002.

PRODUCTION

All wood used in in-house production is dried in our on-site kiln. We use only high-grade veneers, solid-wood paneling and techniques that have been banded down through generations of artisans. No short cuts are taken in the production of Legacy furniture the handmade feel (absent in many other companies or replaced due to easier and more cost-effective methods of production) is our signature.

QUALITY CONTROL

Each piece of Legacy furniture goes through several check-points of inspection and is stringently examined and reviewed before it is packed and sent on its journey to you.

PACKAGING

Once the item has passed the final QC, pieces are packed using recycled cardboard, unless otherwise requested to be boxed. The furniture is then packed into containers to reach optimum safe capacity.
